An example of a true acute illness that is outside of the realm of constitutional treatment:

I wanted to share a nice story about my son and Homeopathy.
Remember he had a urinary track infection. I had taken him to see a doctor at Children's Hospital where they took a sample of his urine to do tests and they determined he had an infection. The doctor prescribed an antibiotic which we decided not to give him right away since after consulting with you, we knew there was a natural alternative.
After a few days he was reporting no longer feeling pain while urinating. Then a nurse called to follow up on his condition and I told her he was all better. When I told her I did not give him the antibiotic, but instead, a homeopathic remedy, she seemed nervous and suspicious and said I needed to come in for a follow up exam. So they did more tests on a new urine sample, and the doctor called us personally to tell us the infection was gone.
