Homeopathy is one of the healing modalities that perceive the
organism as an energetic unit. Health is a living process of adaptation. A
harmonious, balanced state of our mental, emotional and physical faculties gives
us the ability to reach the higher purposes of our existence. This state of
health is experienced as mental, emotional and physical well-being - our
potential opens wide as we never before dreamt would be possible. This harmony
is the ultimate understanding of health in all true healing modalities. This
idea is beautifully illustrated in the chakra system. Studying the chakras we
can achieve a deep understanding of ourselves - the way our bodies work, the why
and how - on an utmost comprehensive level. There are other systems, maps
of consciousness as well that can show us the way. The chakra system is but one
of them. Nevertheless it is a map that very closely relates to homeopathic philosophy.
Ideas found in the two systems translate easily and enhance our understanding of
both. Homeopathic remedies, miasms, organ weaknesses and the process of healing
can be beautifully placed on the chakra map.

“That which is perceptible
to the senses may be seen by everybody who is not a physician; but a physician
should be able to see things that not everybody can see. There are natural
physicians and there are artificially made physicians. The former see things,
which the latter cannot see, but the others dispute the existence of such things
because they cannot see them. They see the exterior of things, but the true
physician sees the interior. The inner man is the substantial reality; while the
other one is only an apparition; and therefore the true physician sees the real
man and the quack sees only an illusion”
Paracelsus
“The suffering of the mistuned spirit-like dynamis
(life-force) enlivening our body in the invisible interior, and the complex of
the outwardly perceptible symptoms portraying the present malady, which are
organized by the dynamis in the organism, form a whole. They are one and the
same. The organism is a material instrument for life, but it is not conceivable
without the life imparted to it by the instinctual, feeling and regulating
dynamis, just as the life force is not conceivable without the organism.
Consequently the two of them constitute a unity…”
Samuel Hahnemann
(1755- 1843), Founder of Homeopathy
